NOTICE OF 2020 AND 2021

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

To be held virtually via Zoom

at 1.30pm on Sunday 23 January 2022

This Notice follows Kennel Club Guidance regarding special dispensation for registered societies, allowing them to temporarily diverge from the process prescribed within their constitution for AGM business due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This notice invites proposals from the membership for items for the Agenda for both the 2020 and 2021 AGM. These should be forwarded to the Secretary no later than Saturday 8 January 2022 and must be made only by fully paid-up members of the Club. Voting at the AGM is for fully paid-up members only.
